A:  The linear halogen lamps are suitable for the double ended R7s halogen lamp socket. There are 78mm 118mm 189mm and 254mm for different wattage; usually there are 150W 300W 500W 1000W and 1500W accordingly. And now many LED tubes are used as replacements, but the power/wattage much lower than the traditional tubes, just need to make sure the length of tubes match the R7s holders and voltage, then it's working.
